Mandatory Screen Name Protocol & Court Decorum Directive

In accordance with the Gauhati High Court Video Conferencing Rules, all remote participants (Learned Advocates, Litigants in-person, and remote witnesses) must ensure that their Zoom screen name strictly corresponds to their Listed Item Number and Name as per the official Cause List (e.g., “Item 12 - Adv. John Doe ”). Remote participants with unrecognized or mismatched usernames will remain in the virtual waiting room and will not be admitted to the hearing.
